Help Make a Gaming server Rig

Hi, i want to setup up some gaming servers in my locality (public hosting). At least 3-4 servers that can handle Rust and other heavy duty games. Don't worry about the expenses, as in for setting up the servers . I have people who can invest in this thing. I just want to make a small business out of it . I need to know about all the potential problems i could run into , a suggestion on the specs of all those servers , what kind of software i should probably use ,  I'm considering renting a lease line. So i want the lowest possible speed i can run all these games on . You might wonder why all this . Actually I'm from India. i get min 150 ping on almost all games(fortnite,rockect league,rust and many others).I just feel i can make a good business out of these servers. give me a viable deal .
