Of course it can. I use the similarly performing H115i Pro RGB and they work great for my 8086k.

240mm and 280mm radiators are probably your best choice for cooling them (outside of 360mm and custom loops), especially if your choice is to overclock (which I hope it is since you just spent a crap ton on a CPU).
