You're going to have to look at secondhand sources such as eBay and Reddit's /r/hardwareswap as LGA1155 stuff is long out of production. For a basic board, expect to pay around 25 to 50 quid.

Second hand stuff is your best bet. 

 

Not a lot of brand new motherboards unless you like Chinese-made stuff from Aliexpress.
