pc running slower then normal

so latley my pc has been running slower then usall.  on google chrome for example, when i go to open a new tab, the pc hangs and it takes a good 15 20 secs to open that tab when normally its instant.  also when i turn on my pc and go to log in, same thing it hangs and takes sometime before it even gives me the option to enter my password.  i havent done anything recently that would suggest this to start happening but its getting annoying.  i have run a virus scan and malware scan and it didnt notice anything wrong.  so im hoping that someone can help me cause if it continues it may be time for an upgrade and i really dont wana do that.  the specs of my pc are listed below.

Current Rig=  AMD Ryzen 9 5900x, Asus Crosshair Hero VIII, EVGA RTX 3070 FTW3 ultra, 32gb Corsair Vengence Pro RGB 3000hz White, EVGA 750 P2 PSU, 1TB Samsung 980 Pro, 500gb samsung 860 evo, 250GB Samsung 850 evo, 2TB Samsung 970 Evo Plus, 2TB seagate firecuda sshd,  LianLi PC 011 Dynamic XL ROG edition, Corsair h150i elite capelix

Look in task manager and see if theres a program sucking up resources
