2 things that you wont find together

 

You 'could' find a used computer that would 'run' games for $200 if you really search around. But it wont be 'decent'.

 

Cant really say what to look for, it totaly depends on whats available in yoru area, find them and list the specs here, we can then tell u if it would be good enough.

Buy an old desktop rig with like an i7 2600 or something and add a 1050 (ti if u want).

Either save up some more money. (yeah I know it sucks, but you get what you pay for)

 

Or search local PC places. Sometimes they'll sell a used rig super cheap, then just upgrade the gpu to a 1050 if have enough left. 1050 alone isn't all that great either with recent titles, but it'll get you through the medium settings.
