I mean, that's just how some people react to a bad breakup, and evidently, that's how you're reacting to it. Nothing particularly wrong with it, we're all human and we all react to different shit differently.

Honestly I've been through the same when I lost my girlfriend. I've been thinking about it for three years, and no matter how much I think about her she's not coming back to this planet anytime... 

 

Try getting a hobby or something? I do a lot of things that keep my mind off my past events.

yeah you're right after a couple of times it's like you don't even feel anything anymore and that's cool, you can keep moving on without worrying about stuff, sort of an auto-pilot mode
