Hello I have a 250gb m.2 ssd as my boot drive, a 500gb sata ssd and a 2tb WD blue as my hard drive for storing games. I might get primocache so for the cache should i store it in the 500gb ssd

You want the cache to be on the ssd, yes.

 

Also look at storage spaces tiering, its free and built into windows, and has some more features aswell.
