Command Prompt quickly opening/closing

I notice on my new laptop, (asus ROG GU501) that occasionally, a small window very briefly pops up and disappears. It happens so quickly that no information is displayed for me to see so I'm not sure what it is. I haven't downloaded anything except a couple very trusted programs. Could it be all the software asus rog laptops have running from startup that might do this? Is it a problem or should I just let it be?
