I currently have a custom built PC that I made from 2015. https://pcpartpicker.com/user/___ZachG___/saved/cnj4D3  I was playing Minecraft as a meme, and I realized that my framerate was really sporadic even on Gaming Mode. It would be Low 200fps and then it would be 12fps. My budget for a new computer is max $1300. Performance needs to be a significant amount higher. Any ideas?
