SD card reader

I'm looking for a internal sd/micro sd card reader for my pc (i have a portable external one but its slow and in all honesty ugly) thats not gonna cost me one of my kidneys. I guess a 3.5 inch one cuz my pc has a slot for that on the front for some reason.

Do you have a free USB 3.0 or 2.0 header on the motherboard?

I dont know about 3.0 but i definitely have 2.0

Not home right now so i cant check
