Will these motherboards work with 3200mhz RAM as standrad or do I have to oc?

You have to overclock to get to ram speeds. I would stick with Asus boards though.

You can't go wrong with the Asus ROG Strix motherboard; more SATA ports, better VRM cooling, more power phases from what I can see, dual M.2 support, no need to go further.

 

Both boards will reach 3200MHz with memory overclocks regardless.

Between those, the MSI board is objectively better in terms of the VRM. Enable XMP, and it should work with either board.
