No no, I'm not that type of person who asks for system configuration.

When I wrote that I need more information, I mean that is impossible to answer "what is wrong", because number of reasons is huge. It may be GPU, motherboard, PSU, something installed on your system (Autoruns may help in this case to see what is running on your system), ram, settings in BIOS, drivers, cooling etc.

And sometimes game just crash because it's bad written.

Number of question is huge. Do you try to test your memory (it may be even by using only one ram stick instead of two and check if game quits), do you try to uninstall unwanted software that starts with your computer etc. In most cases it's long process to figure out what is wrong and remotely it's almost impossible.

oh, im sorry. The problem my PC has is when I change my settings to like low or something. it goes to not responding and then it just closes the application i have games like CSGO and DOTA 2 

and some games doesnt even run i'll try loading in a game and it just doesnt respond and just closes

If low settings makes crash (and higher not) then force vertical sync in Nvidia control panel.

how do i find what im missing on DX and VC++??

I found them, last question, how can I Upgrade my windows 10 32bit to a 64 bit? with my specs is it possible?

I tried doing the usb one i have a USB 3.0 32GB and installed the media tool there and when i trying choosing flash boot and choosing it, it says it doesnt detect any OS, and then i try using it as my main drive it shows the windows screen but it is stuck there.
