Smallest ATX case

So update! I bought a mirco ATX motherboard, sold the GTX 970, put the stock cooler back on my 1070 and build my own case(well have to assemble it but i have all the parts for it)

 

Case is a 12x12x9 (i think thats about 21.5 liters?) it houses 6 fans supports 2 240mm radiators if i wanna upgrade my cpu cooling or maybe go back to liquid cooling on the gpu, it fits a full PSU, and has white board on the outside so i can draw on it lol :P
