I did a giveaway for a video game in PC gaming but some people just really liked the riddle I had.

When a riddle is solved I will add a best answer & when I post a new answer, I will bump the thread, edit OP & remove the Best Answer. I will not comment on most answers. I will only acknowledge correct answers. Additionally, no spamming. 1 guess per post. You can guess multiple times but don’t spam. Make your most educated guesses!

Every now & then I might giveaway a key or something not tangible.

Riddle me this...

We are not heirs to an empire though our blood is royal. We are not his sons. We are bred warriors with no honor. Covered up by the weaker successors, the glory goes to them. To what are we called?

Horses?

Race horses are bred for their pedigree, and are often associated with royalty. The glory goes to the riders/jockeys who sit on them.

Nah, you can post your answer openly. 

 

This riddle may be too obscure though. I might have to save it for later or have it be a secondary riddle with an easier one as the main one.
