Thats fine. Truthfully, as long as you have some air flow over the RAM, you are fine.

as long as you have air flowing from front to back, you are fine. RAM temps dont actually affect the RAM performance. There is no evidence out there of any issues caused by ram temps.

You don't need a fan over or near it.

Overall case airflow -- to keep the air moving INSIDE the case -- is fine.

If you're not overclocking your RAM then it appears your temps are fine.  If you're not experiencing any issues I would maybe get some more air flow in that area if possible.  High temps can cause instability, but if it isn't I wouldn't worry too much about it.

This isn't correct.  RAM temps can absolutely impact performance.

Not really.  My RAM can become unstable at 41*C, but I overclock my RAM to the edge.  So if you're not seeing any problems then I wouldn't worry unless you plan on doing some RAM overclocking yourself.

Yeah, but is it the temperature that's making it unstable tho?

Im keeping it on stock as it is no overclock what so ever I just enabled the XMP.Damn Im almost 20c over your ram temp but Im not seeing any instability but it might not be good for long usage.Im idle its staying at around 36-38.

I have a fan pointed at my RAM so I wouldn't compare directly to me.  Also, those temps won't harm your hardware they can just cause instability when your RAM is pushed to the edge.
