do i need additional fans?

so for my build i am using a ryzen 5 2600x with a msi b450 tomohawk, a masterwatt 550 watt semifanless modular, and an asus radeon rx580 dual 8gb. i am planning on using the stock wraith spire fan included with the r5, and my case is either going to be the Cougar - MX330 ATX Mid Tower Case (includes one or two fans i believe) or the fractal design focus g (includes 2 fans) which include. Will i need additional fans even if i do not plan on over clocking?

You don't need additional fans, especially since you're not planning on overclocking. They're still nice to have regardless of the situation, particularly since front fans benefit both your CPU and graphics card.

You can add fans later. If you get 2 fans with case, have one as intake and another as exhaust. If you only have single fan, have it as exhaust. With single fan you might need also intake fan to keep GPU cool. But check how your max temps are before buying anything.
