Make a Win 10 acc and launch the apps. Maybe it will fix the problem.

i have a account and can/am signed in on the internet.

still nothing 

need more ideas its really bugging me

yeah so i tried all of these but still no avail. also its only effects direct microsoft apps. not netflix spotify etc
