Hi guys, I'm looking to upgrade my PC, but I'm not so sure what I would benefit from most.
My budget is around (USD)$600-$700.

I mostly just play games like Overwatch, WoW, and Fortnite. But do have some plans to play games like Black Ops 4 when it's released, during the beta I really noticed I was struggling to keep a consistent 60fps.

Anyways, here is my current build,

The 980 is pretty much below or equal to a gtx 1060, so get a 1070ti,

and maybe get some ddr4 3200mhz memory instead of that slow stuff. You should be able to resell the slow memory for pretty much 90% of the money, so that isnt a big spending, but it makes the system faster.

If you have budget left after that maybe get a r5 2600, but that is about it.

I only see your reply if you @ me.

Would it be more beneficial to wait until the new line of graphics cards are released for a (hopeful) price drop in the current ones?

Yes, the new cards will drop in 2 weeks or so, but scout around, if you find a really good deal now you can also buy it.

I would try to sell that ram and get some decent 3200mhz ones.

I tried getting it above the 2400mhz point, but could not get the pc to boot up no matter what settings I went for. Ended up spending a few hours trying, but no luck at all.
