Logitech ls21 speakers only

Hi 

I got Logitech ls21 speakers only without subwoofer or control for free so when i put it on audio output I'm get low sound 

Windows sound on 100% 

Music sound max 

Try many music 

There is no problem with speakers i try it on friend house with Logitech subwoofer it work perfect so i get a Chinese subwoofer and put it on nothing no sound at all

Any help
