Urgent help needed!

Not long ago I heard a loud high toned 'bzzzzzz' from my pc. 

 

The sound stopped once I pushed my hand on the mobo side of the metal case. 

 

The current config is a pentinum j2900 and a 500gb wd blue. 

 

I'm not sure if this is my HDD or PSU etc. Please msg back quick as I have crucial information on the drive.

Probably resonance due to the hdd. This is common and mounting the hdd in a different drive bay might help.

You can check the health of your drive with software like CrystalDiskInfo if you're worried about it.
