Go for the Gtx 1060 6gb, depending on what CPU you have you could run at 144hz at 1920x1080. But since you only need 75hz it should be fine. If you what it to be future proof, got with 1070 or 1070ti. They should all be cheap hen the new cards drop.

there's a catch, I 'need' it soon, as I am using an hd7850 right now (everything on low) with 30 fps

I am sure it will be more expensive than a gtx 1060
