4770 is rocking some serious value right now, depending on if you already have a haswell motherboard, and if you want unlocked awesomeness, the 4790k is compelling as hell. It utterly rocks. Haswell has lots of life left in it, so you're gonna like whatever it is you get. Just make sure you've got the clock speed to make the magic happen though, because I could never recommend an i5 4430 or something.

I WILL find your ITX build thread, and I WILL recommend the SIlverstone Sugo SG13B

Primary PC:

i7 8086k - EVGA Z370 Classified K - G.Skill Trident Z RGB - WD SN750 - Jedi Order Titan Xp - Hyper 212 Black (with RGB Riing flair) - EVGA G3 650W - dual booting Windows 11 and Fedora Linux - Black and green theme, Razer brainwashed me.

Draws 400 watts under max load, for reference.

PSU tier list

How many watts do I need?

PSU misconceptions, protections explainedgroup reg is bad

Doubt you’ll be hitting 5hz regardless of the cooler. If it could, it wouldn’t hold temp wise for a sustained load.

Maybe some non cpu intensive games.

360 aio at least with no delid.

Expect 4.6 or 4.7 All cores. Still kicks ass at that speed. I recommend a nice large air cooler for ease of maintenance.
