I have a Samsung 997MB that runs at 85Hz, and recently got a Viewsonic G90FB4 that also runs at 85Hz (using CRU, native is 60).. however, games seem to be running faster in the Viewsonic, why is that? and I mean, there must be a big difference if it's noticeable

is it true that CRT monitors always have a response time of 1ms?

All CRT displays have very very low input like 1ms

yah but how is it that the Samsung has more "lag" than the viewsonic? in benchmarks and games with vsync it's like the games are running at a higher framerate but they're not, I run everything on 85 with vsync
