Custom Side Switch Panel

Hey all,

 

So I've really gotten into American Truck Simulator and Euro Truck Simulator, I've already went ahead and got myself a Logitech Wheel and Shifter, but I also want a side panel to operate all the knick knacks and I don't wanna memorize what keys on my keyboard do what. Is there a way i could Make a side panel/controller via arduinos and a series of various toggle switches and knobs and such?
