HDD response time while copying

When copying from WD blue to my WD green, WD blue has respone time around 20ms while WD green has around 400ms. Is this normal?

Whats exact drives?

 

Thats fine. The drives ramp up the queue depth to copy files faster and the responce time won't matter for copying files.

is there any other problem, this is normal for hdds. One drive is faster so the queue depth will be longer, and a longer latency.

when doing opposite, copying from wd green to wd blue, this time wd green has normal response time and wd blue has above 300/400ms response time so I think this is normal
