Blurry games >.>

So lately, I've noticed that when I played games even on native resolution.. They'd be very blurry but my desktop and other apps dont seem to have the same problem. Its not bad blur but it's just enough so that it gets abit annoying because you end up losing some visual without any fps gain. Any idea whatsup? I know this one app I used to use (a week ago or so) called >Timerresolution< but I got rid of it a few min after install because I didnt like it.. But it could probably not even be the culprit but I guess its worth mentioning anyway. And incase youre wondering I did some research but itd always end up on "run the games on native resolution" so yeah :/

Update: I managed to somehow fix it, although not sure how I'll try and explain what I did..  I went on Intel HD graphics and on the "Display Settings", on the "scaling" option I realized it was on: Scale Full Screen. To which I changed it to: Maintain Aspect Ratio. I open up one of my games and bam, looks sharp again. So yeah, for whoever is also looking for a fix on this I hope its enough info for you to test out

Just now, DanSlice said:

you sure motion blur isn't on? it's usually on by default in most games.

I assure you it isnt on since I go out of my way to disable since I dont really like it. And you can notice the blur with normal texts. Even the steam overlay texts would also be sort of blurry

No idea for a fix but a while ago this happened to me with rainbow 6, and windows offered to fix it (automatically). I think it’s somewhere in settings.

I installed all the updates I had (just now to see if it'd work) and also tried out the settings part, wish I could say it fixed it but no good.
