What is your budget for your PSU?

Seasonic Focus Gold 450W seems pretty good for around 60$, https://pcpartpicker.com/product/Qb8j4D/seasonic-focus-gold-450w-80-gold-certified-semi-modular-atx-power-supply-ssr-450fm

also mabye the EVGA b3 series if you are on a budget,

That's the 750W model. Also, EVGA was caught sending golden samples to Jonnyguru, which were much better than the store bought ones. And it has issues with its protections and a sleeve bearing fan.

If it is ATX compatible, uses standard ATX compatible Connectors and Casing, yes.

If not, than no.

Problem with some OEM Systems is that they don't always use standard components.

As for the PSU: I'd prefer the Pure Power over the EVGA B3 any day.

And get something good quality, if you can. So look for a Bitfenix Formula 450W should be plenty since you can't OC anyway.
