CPU Size

Hey Guys,

i got a question. (Here´s the SHORT version: AMD Athlon II 210E and Intel Pentium E5300 need Size Without Heatspreader)

 

 

I wanted to do a keychain made out of CPU´s(AMD Athlon II 210E and Intel Pentium E5300)

for that i need a case made out of Acrlyic glas. And i need to know what the size of the CPU´s are WITHOUT Heatspreader. 

Just from the Die to the Thickest point.

Maybe you guys could help me with that.

 

With Heatspreader it is:
AMD: 1,57″x1,57″x0,28″   /  4,00x4,00x0,70cm
Intel: 1,38″x1,38″x0,2″      /  3,50x3,50x0,50cm

just delid them and messure them yourself? i havent botherd with anything acrylic or whatever personally, i just drilled a hole in the corner and i was done

I spent $2500 on building my PC and all i do with it is play no games atm & watch anime at 1080p(finally) watch YT and write essays...  nothing, it just sits there collecting dust...

I dont have them yet, thats why im asking i need to know that first. :)

If I had them here i wouldn't ask ^^.
