Snooper

Go to solution Solved by Guest,

No, scammers use it to scare people (along with other trivial commands)

So I was watching this one interesting video titled "A scammer sends me a Virus",

and about 4:30min or (so) the guy with the remote access (the scammer) opens up CMD and  types in netstat. Curious, I burst open the CMD myself and type in netstat (why not I guess). According to the scammer, netstat shows you who has unwanted access to your computer (a snooper I guess). With that in mind, after a short wait while cmd was loading the info.. It starts out with just one IP address (mine I think, would make sense) then a bunch of others start poping up, THEN MORE START POPING UP xD.. 33 IP(s) to be exact.. Hehe, should I be worried? I tried googling it before asking but I guess Im using the wrong keywords so forgive me if I could've missed it
