Computer Lags Too Much

My computer until several months ago used to be extremely fast.  I built it myself.  AMD FX 6300 CPU, 8GB RAM, 1TB HDD, AMD R9 380 GPU.  Nowadays, my computer is so slow.  It's a pain to use it.  

 

Problems:  Youtube video audio isn't synced up with actual video, audio crackles frequently, computer lags a lot especially when multi-tasking, such as playing a youtube video and playing a game.  Computer sometimes freezes during startup, and it takes a reset or two to get it working again.  I didn't have these problems several months ago.  When loading a webpage, computer lags a lot.  I can see my cursor lagging when doing so.  

 

Is there any software I can use to get rid of these problems?

@lazyfortress As Electronics Wizardy suggested getting an SSD would seem to solve all your problems.

 

I wouldnt recommend anything lower than a 240GB and recommended a 500GB.

Are you sure a SSD would make my computer run faster and have my audio return to normal?  How much would a 1 TB SSD run?  And how would I transfer all my files to it?  

 

I have included a screenshot.  There's a lot of service host things running towards the bottom, and two wsappx things.

I installed a DPC latency checker, and I found the source of the problem.  

 

 

"Qualcomm Atheros AR938X Wireless Network Adapter."  That's my wifi card.  Why does my computer speed up when I disable it?  

Edit:  The RealTek PCIe GBE Family Controller also causes my computer to lag.  How can I solve this without messing up my internet connectivity?

@lazyfortress update the drivers for both of the devices to the latest version.

As for the Realtek driver download the latest from manufacturer of laptop website.

 

If these dont work try disabling your internet security and see if that works.

An SSD is a huge upgrade in general OS speed and is relatively easy to upgrade. Your disk usage is at 100% which does suggest a hard disk bottleneck but it looks like it could also be some dodgy drivers/software that is spiking that disk usage. Do you think it has been updated recently? These Qualcomm and Realtek drivers?

@lazyfortress As ZacoAttaco says above an SSD is a very big upgrade and would make your system run a lot faster than it does now and yes possibly fix the issue you have now if its a drive or driver issue.

 

I would not recommend an SSD below 500GB these days because by the time u install windows and all the updates + drivers you would be surprised how much space they take up and windows is always bringing out new updates which again takes up more and more space.

 

For a reasonably priced drive i like to use the Sandisk range which is made by Western Digital.
