What's the best GPU for AAA games running 1080p/1440p at 144hz, and 4k at 60hz for media consumption, I was thinking the 1080 ti, but I would like to know if there are any other capable cards at a cheaper price

Also as a side note, what's the best... 4k 144hz monitor
