So this is my parts list for my £1200 budget, I don't think there are any adjustments to make (though feel free to correct me)

I just would like some reassurance that these parts are all compatible and that I haven't forgotten anything (I have a mouse, monitor, speakers and ethernet already)

you could of course go with a plextor m.2 with a fancy red and black heat sink.

Otherwise, I was only gonna recommend an ROG motherboard if you hadn't selected one yet, as their maximus and hero series are known for being nice and red.

Got the ROG mbd already and a red and black cpu cooler (artic freezer 33 esports edition)
