New case from abroad?

I have an old Cooler Master Elite 310 that I got for 10 euros from a friend. I've been thinking about getting a new case. Is it cheaper to order from abroad and how would it go? I'm looking for a mid-tower case with IO ports on the top, plenty of space for a MSI GTX 970, proper cable management port, preferably PSU at the bottom, dust filters are a plus. I don't mind it being windowless, since if I was to get a windowed one, I was thinking about getting a rear 120mm red led fan with a red led cpu cooler. How would it look without a LED cooler? Budget for the case, coolers and new fans are about 60-70 euros, preferably under 70. I have an MSI Z370 PC Pro ATX mobo and a stock intel cooler right now.
