or can u recomond a good for online games download and watching streams oh and my budget $20-$50

amd fx 6300  @4.4ghz @1.4/ga-970a-ud3/HD78702gb /antec 620w psu

It's good if you're using it for windows,otherwise a chip from qualcomm atheros would be better.
