PUBG Startup Issues

So I recently upgraded my computer from the "Boson 3.0" to a ryzen 7 1700, and a GTX 1060. But I keep running into an issue where PUBG keeps stating that there was a crash within the game? I can't even open up the game, and the tutorials in which I turn off all my threads except one doesn't help. Any advice?
