So I recently just got a new computer and loaded up windows on it. I installed my H80i correctly and windows is not reconizing that i have it connected via integrated USB. I tried the 3.0 headers and the 2.0 all of them i just bought my mother board so i don't think that's the problem. I let windows go through all the updates it needed. I was looking around on forums and they said to go to device manager and uninstall the "Unknown devices". Then when you restart your computer it will work. It did not work. I also installed corsair link with their usb drivers and it installed successfully. Now Windows trys to install the Universal Serial Bus Controller and the SM Bus Controller, NO Drivers where found. I need help fixing this issue i don't know if it's a bad h80i or what, I bought it brand new off newegg. Error is shown below.

Just make sure all the cables that came with the H80i are all plugged in. Also make sure to update your BIOS.

I think there is a problem with the unit you may want to RMA it.

Ok so go to divice manager you can do this by

right clicking on Computer and left clicking on manage

Click on divice manager once there make sure you have the cd or downloaded the most resent corsair link drivers

from here

Now run the .exe and let us know what happens

:)

Have you tried turning it off and on again?

I thought this too i think there is because the corsair logo is lit and the fans aren't on max when my pc boots up once windows starts to load the logo goes off and fans go ham.

Contact Corsair and get a new unit then. :)

Also you do have the usb header cable that connects to a usb to the pump?

Yes my usb header is connected firmly from my h80i to my USB 3.0 header on my board.
