i want to buy gpu rx 580 to my screen LG 21inc 75hz freesync. which the better

XFX Radeon RX 580 GTS XXX Edition 1386MHz OC+    or

asus dual RX 580

what card is quiet fans and good cooling

xfx has better cooler and custom pcb, asus one seems to only have 2 heat pipe, probably direct contact, and it is a low end card so I assume they will lock the tdp. doesn't mean much unless you are into overclock or minning thu.

rx 580 overclock doesn't give much improvement fps wise, and it give out lotta heat & noise. If those 2 price are close ill say go with xfx for better cooler.
