shutting down

hello guys. why my pc doesnt turning off together with my monitor keyboard and mouse. and my CPU? everytime i shutdown the monitor keyboard mouse first turning off. and my CPU fans still running i need to wait 5-7 seconds before my CPU turn off. and one more else. when i press any key on my keyboard the light goes on even my mouse and my headset RGB even its already completely off. whats the solution on this?

If touching the keyboard is turning it back on then it sounds like its going into standby instead of turning off, pulling the plug at that point is a BAD idea, it can corrupt your data.

Are you turning off from the button or the Shut Down menu?  Generally the button action can be changed in the Power settings, but choosing Shut Down in Windows should always do a full power off regardless.

im using windows shutdown menu. everything is turned off. but the wall socket still plugged/avr still on, so the keyboard and mouse and headset still lightning up.

Check the BIOS/UEFI for "power on from USB device" options.

 

You should be able to keep the USB ports powered up (if you want) while turning off that option.  Or you can disable Standby Power too, can't remember off the top of my head what its called but it should be pretty obvious.
