Looking for advice

Hi good day,

Planning on helping my old elementary school by helping in buying some desktops, it will be an upgrade from old core 2 duo systems with 1-2 gb of ram. It's a pretty small school with only a total of 80 population students.

The workload is mostly just MS Office, dream weaver  and Photoshop CS3, maybe some coding.

Below are my options in manila i could find so far. Is the small difference worth the performance or should i opt for the cheaper option?

4gb ram

Php5,000(USD94)

p.s. planning to buy just around 3 at the beginning and use the old monitors we have at school

the i3 530 unit is just reassembled with a generic psu and case
the i3 2100 is an old HP oem

I'd spring for the 2100s they're a generation newer so a bit faster and better suited for those tasks

Just found a deal for 

i5 2400
8gb ram

500gb hdd
for  Php 5000(USD94)

would that be decent for that workload?
