First Boot

hello guys. i just installed my New processor, motherboard and RAM. and after that it direct me to the BIOS. i dont know what next to do. even i exit the bios it still direct me on my GIGABYTE BIOS

That means it can't find a bootable medium to boot an operating system or installer from. Insert your Windows install medium and restart.

i have my SSD installed my OS there.

try running windows install from a usb or cd drive

From your old PC? It might not be bootable on your new system. Try disabling UEFI boot / enabling legacy/CSM mode.

how can i disable my bios boot?

No idea. UEFI is vendor specific. I only know MSI UEFI.

can i return back my old pc and create a windows media creator to usb if im right. so i can install it?

You could do that, yes. You'll have to format your drive and perform a full reinstal, though.
