From your old PC? It might not be bootable on your new system. Try disabling UEFI boot / enabling legacy/CSM mode.

No idea. UEFI is vendor specific. I only know MSI UEFI.

You could do that, yes. You'll have to format your drive and perform a full reinstal, though.
