Given it's server RAM I'm not even sure it's compatible.  Curiosity, you know.  Running a Threadripper and I got a hold of a lot of server ram recently

Thought so. Just was not sure as I was told a speed difference of 200MHz was not worth the price for it, but this was on sale so I thought maybe it would be okay.
