No Post after shipping

Hello all, I recently shipped my computer to a friend. I made sure everything was working before I sent it to him. it is in his hands at the moment and when it turns on, all leds are on and all fans are spinning, but nothing is being displayed. the keybeard and mouse don't have anything come on, in any usb port. we followed the no post checklist before posting this. His specs are as follows:

gigabyte ga-78lmt-usb3 motherboard 

amd fx 8320

GTX 950 sc

16gb ram, I can only remember the brand, crucial.

500 watt psu

1tb seagate hard drive

See if he gets any output using the motherboards video out rather than the GPU.

 

If he does, it's the GPU. Might need re-seating. Sellers package a "stopper" inside to support the GPU.

what cooler is on it?  It's never a good idea to ship a PC with a big air cooler installed.

Did you ship it with the GPU and cpu cooler installed? if so it may have been damaged
