Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 boot loop

My samsung galaxy tab 4 is in a constant boot loop. It goes to the setup screen for less then a second then restarts. I have tried to reflash it with stock firmware and cyanogenmod. I disconnected and reconnected the battery still didn't work. HALP
