DZ09 smartwatch battery failing?

Hi my DZ09 started losing the time/date and rebooting by itself.

Now when I try to turn it on 'with the charger connected'  it come on briefly then it sort of like stops/freezes and then the screen starts flickering then it reboots and does the hole thing again.

I've enclosed a video so you see what I'm talking about, also included is a photograph of the connection point on the battery so you can check that out too as I suspect that the connector on the battery has water damage.

Also when the charger isn't connected atall it doesn't come on atall or just comes on for a second then turns straight off again until the charger is connected. and also in addition to all that the battery sometimes needs to be held down in order to make the unit power on.
