CSS don't run

Hi, I stomp upon a problem that I find rather strange, basically I want to see how this code will run locally https://github.com/yyjhao/alarm.html you can view live demo on his website http://yjyao.com/projects/alarm/main.html , but when I try to view it on my machine ( I tried on 3 PC's ) it just loads the JS and HTML as it shows on the screenshot. Does someone knows why this happens ?

are you opening the html using chrome?

Have you compiled the SCSS file? You might see that there is no CSS file in the repository which could be loaded.

You need to transpile SCSS to CSS first.

Yes, using Chrome but I've tried using other browsers too.

Thanks changing file extention from SCSS to CSS, solved my issue. I guess I don't pay attention that much. Thanks for your reply !
