I agree, The 2700x will need as fast ram as possible.

CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 2700x

Motherboard: Asus ROG Crosshair VII Hero (Wi-Fi)

RAM: G. Skill Fortis 2400 MHz DDR4

Storage: Samsung 970 EVO M.2 PCIe NVMe

CPU Cooler: Noctua NH D15 SE-AM4

 

That's pretty much it for now, I tried to make sure they were compatible, but better safe than sorry, could someone please verify?

I agree, The 2700x will need as fast ram as possible.

Yeah I agree, but since I'm getting a 60 Hz monitor it won't matter gaming wise, and there wasn't much difference in video editing and 3d application perfomance, so I may save some bucks, but I could change my mind!
