Latitude e5430 upgrade worth

Ok so I was just wondering about a project that I have been working on for a while . It's a dell latitude e5430 that now has a samsung 860 evo 250gb , 16gb ddr3 1866mhz and an i5 3210m . now the cpu seems to be upgradeable to an i7 3540m and maybe an i7 3632qm . what i would like to know is if this upgrade would be sensible and whether or not one or both cpu's would work or wheter or not the upgrade is worth it. the os is windows 10 pro 64 bit
