Dell g3, 8750h, 1060. But only 8gb of ram for the 979.99 model. Get the 16gb version.

DON'T get Helios 300, OKish build quality and mediocre cooling

 

Could you list out all 1060 laptops with 120Hz/144Hz panel that are within your budget?
