If you're reaching above 90 degrees Celsius, that's usually where a lot of CPUs start to thermal throttle if they're still operating at that point.

 

Aida64 has a thermal monitor that will also tell you if you're throttling.

Okay well I think I would of saw if it did and I didn't so I'm gonna assume it didn't because the temperatures didn't make the usage or clocks drop, they are a straight line.
