What are your preferred max weight and battery life? Budget? Location? Any special requirements?

Weight doesn't really matter, i live in canada, 8 to 12 hrs of battery would be nice, 3000$ is my budget and something that could edit photos with photoshop with ease would be nice.

 Sorry, didn't see the questions. Weight doesn't really matter to me, a long battery life would be preferred since i would use it for photo editing and school, budget is 3000$ CAD, location is canada, anything that could run photoshop with ease would be nice.
